Thomas Walsh

Thomas Walsh is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Pappas Properties. He is instrumental in leading the rezoning, acquisition, development, financing, recapitalization, and disposition of over $1B in mixed-use and master-planned communities, ensuring they align with community vision and are financially viable. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Asset Management at Pappas, overseeing asset management and disposition of key properties like Sharon Square and Berewick Town Center. Prior to joining Pappas, Thomas gained experience in program management and finance with Tishman Construction, including work on the Hurricane Sandy Build-It-Back Project. He holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
