Terry Simone
Biography
Terry Simone is a Founding Partner at Four Mile Capital, advising on acquisitions, asset management, and overall operations for the firm's expanding portfolio. With over 50 years in the multifamily industry, his expertise encompasses the entire apartment community life cycle. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Maxx Properties, he significantly expanded their Western portfolio to over 15,000 units valued at more than $1 billion. A two-time past president and currently serving his third term as President of the Colorado Apartment Association, Terry was inducted into the AAMD Hall of Fame in 2017. He co-founded Four Mile Capital in 2016.
