Sylvain Fortier
Biography
Sylvain Fortier serves as President: Residential, Hotels and Real Estate Investment Funds at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where he has contributed over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate investment and financing. During his 18-year tenure with Ivanhoé Cambridge and its parent company, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, he was instrumental in developing strategies for innovative real estate investment, overseeing a global portfolio. Fortier significantly grew the company's residential business unit after being appointed its head in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate from McGill University.
