Steve Boyack
Biography
Steve Boyack serves as Chief Operating Officer at CA Ventures, where he is instrumental in driving the performance and growth of the firm’s global student living and multifamily housing portfolios. He played a key role in establishing the European student operating platform (Novel Student), the global sustainability initiative, wellness program, and the innovation department. With over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including leadership roles at Greystar and The Laramar Group, Boyack leverages his expertise in integrated property technology to enhance operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Iowa.
