Stefan Martinovic

Stefan Martinovic is Vice President Investments at Midwood Investment & Development, contributing to a national real estate portfolio. He is a seasoned innovator with deep experience in commercial real estate investment, development, and property technology, applying a data-driven approach. Martinovic also serves as a Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. His career includes being the Real Estate Board of New York's first Director of Innovation and co-founding Create.io. He holds an MBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary and a BBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
