Simon Ziff is the President of Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, a position he assumed in 1995. He began his career at the firm as an analyst in 1989. Ziff has been instrumental in the firm's growth, overseeing the arrangement of over $100 billion in debt, mezzanine, and equity financings for prominent real estate developers and owners. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
