Sergio Moises
Biography
Sergio brings to the firm more than 20 years of financial management experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance, asset management, and financial reporting. Over the course of his career, Sergio has been involved in the successful development or repositioning of more than 8,000 units across the United States. Prior to joining Royal Palm Companies and PARTICIPANT Capital in 2011, Sergio managed over $60 million (more than 12,000 individual instruments) of the firm’s investment in tax lien certificates at the J.I. Kislak Organization, a nationwide real estate management and brokerage firm.
