Biography
A 30+year FHA industry veteran, Scott is currently the Head of Production for Greystone's FHA Healthcare platform. He has held the titles of Chief Credit Officer and Chief Underwriter during his career, which started at the U.S. Dept of HUD after graduating from Portland State University. During his career, Scott has underwritten and originated affordable and market rate transactions involving multifamily and healthcare developments. He has overseen the underwriting of over $7 billion in FHA-insured loans during his career and actively underwritten over $1.4 billion. He is a recognized expert on FHA underwriting by HUD and his peers.
