Biography
Scott Spector is a Co-founder, Managing Member & Principal of Kodiak Properties, L.L.C., a real estate investment firm he established in 1994. He specializes in the acquisition of retail centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. With over 40 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, his expertise encompasses acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposition across a broad range of income-producing properties, including office buildings, industrial/R&D projects, retail centers, and multi-family developments. Mr. Spector also founded SPMC Urban Properties, LLC in 2012, focusing on the acquisition and development of mixed-use urban infill properties in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
