Scott Darling
Biography
Scott W. Darling is an Executive Managing Director, Portfolio Management at American Realty Advisors (ARA). With over 44 years of experience, he leads ARA's Portfolio Management team and co-manages its largest commingled fund, overseeing its investment strategy since 2003. Darling also serves on the firm's Investment and Leadership Committees. Previously, he was Director of Asset Management and Sales at Resolution Trust Corporation, managing over $60 billion in assets. He holds a B.S. from Florida State University and a J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law.
