Sarah Wick

Sarah Wick is a Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing at Related Midwest, the Chicago office of Related Companies, leading its affordable housing development business. A passionate advocate for affordable housing, she has been instrumental in preserving and constructing over 10,000 affordable residences across Chicago and the Midwest, managing over $1 billion in investments. Wick spearheaded the multi-phase revitalization of Lathrop, transforming a historic riverfront site into a mixed-use, mixed-income community. She also played a key role in enacting the Affordable Illinois legislation, which incentivizes affordable housing development. Sarah was honored with the 2025 Graaskamp Center Innovator Award and recognized in Crain's Chicago Business' "40 Under 40" in 2019. She holds a master's degree from the Pratt Institute.
