The firm's strategy is to invest in value added & opportunistic real estate investments to return medium-to-high-risk/medium-to-high-returns to Partners & Investors. The real estate portfolio includes Single Family & Multi Family assets acquired via distressed sources or developed from raw land and turning them into income producing value added assets. Sanjay is also a succesful Angel Venture Investor, having founded and transacted on technology companies.
