Robert Bollhoffer
Biography
Robert Bollhoffer is a Managing Principal & Director at 29th Street Capital, where he also serves as Chief Investment Officer. Joining the firm in 2013, he is responsible for overseeing the Acquisition team, alongside Development, Proptech Ventures, Investor Relations, and Preferred Equity teams. Prior to his tenure at 29th Street Capital, Bollhoffer spent eight years as a Managing Director at Strategic Capital Partners (SCP), focusing on multifamily, student, and senior housing properties. He also held an Acquisition Manager role at Trizec Properties. Bollhoffer earned an MBA in Real Estate from DePaul (Kellstadt) University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
