Richard Crenian

Richard Crenian is the Founder and President of ReDev Properties Ltd., a leading private real estate asset management company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Since establishing ReDev in 2001, Mr. Crenian has driven its success in the development, acquisition, ownership, and management of over 30 retail and mixed-use income properties, predominantly across Western Canada and Ontario. He is recognized for his strategic, long-term investment approach, adept at transforming properties into high-generating income opportunities. Prior to ReDev, his entrepreneurial career included building a real estate development firm that achieved over $1 billion in sales.
