Biography
Reg DelPonte opened Lincoln Property Company's Western Region office in 1998. His responsibilities include all residential development in California as well as acquisition of existing properties or portfolios. Since joining Lincoln, Mr. DelPonte has built over 3,500 apartment units. He also heads Lincoln's Public Private Ventures in the West with the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, consisting of over 23,000 units comprised of approximately 5,000 new units and 18,000 renovated units, valued at over $3 billion.
