Philip Swift

Philip Swift is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Ayrshire Group, a Calgary-based private investment firm specializing in commercial real estate, property technology, and related operating businesses. He is also a co-founder of ARC Financial Corporation, Canada's largest energy private equity firm, where he held various senior management positions, including President and CEO. Swift has extensive experience in equity investment, corporate advisory, and direct investment management, and has served on numerous corporate boards. He is a recipient of the Warren Bennis Award for Leadership Excellence and the Pinnacle Award for achievement in entrepreneurship. He co-authored “In Search of Leadership – How Great Leaders Answer the Question “Why Lead?”.
