Paul is also a Co-Founder and Director of Sansome Pacific Properties, Inc. whose primary function is sourcing, underwriting and executing on new acquisition opportunities for Sansome. To date, Paul has procured, negotiated and transacted north of $1.5b of real estate deals during his 23 year career. Paul specializes primarily in single tenant assets on a national basis in all product types including retail, office and industrial properties. Prior to starting Sansome, Paul was a senior associate at Arroyo & Coates, Inc. for 10 years where he specialized in brokering single tenant properties nationwide.
