Paul Rowsey
Biography
Paul Rowsey serves as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies US Inc., operating from their Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role, he focuses on identifying and securing opportunities in corporate build-to-suit, mixed-use, industrial, office, and multifamily developments. Prior to joining Ryan Companies, Rowsey was a development executive at RED Development, where he managed The Union Dallas, a notable $400 million mixed-use project. He also gained six years of experience with KDC Real Estate Development and Investments. Paul is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and holds a J.D. cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
