Paul Cate served as the CEO & President of Mark IV Capital for 24 years, providing significant leadership to the US-based company. During his tenure, Cate was instrumental in expanding Mark IV Capital's presence into seven markets across five states: California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. He is credited with building the operational and financial foundation that supported the company's substantial growth. Cate retired in March 2023.
