Omid Shokoufandeh
Biography
Omid Shokoufandeh is Vice President of Acquisitions at Abington Emerson responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities throughout the western United States. Currently he manages the commercial development portfolio in Los Angeles. Prior to working at Abington Emerson, Mr. Shokoufandeh was an analyst at Diamond Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank, where he participated in various corporate finance and capital market transactions. Mr. Shokoufandeh graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
