Biography
Nicholas Jones is a Managing Member and Principal at Red Bell Partners, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate management, investment, development, and brokerage. He has brokered over $125MM in real estate transactions, managed hundreds of thousands of square feet of diverse commercial properties, and developed/repositioned over 500,000 sq. ft. of properties. Nicholas focuses on opportunistic real estate investments, development, and management across various property types including hospitality, industrial, office, retail, and multi-family. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida and is an active member of ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP.
