Mollie Westphal

Mollie Westphal is the CEO of Monarq, a company she founded in 2019 to advance property management and development in Northern California. An accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of experience, she previously served as a key executive and president of the property management group at Balco Properties, transforming it into a leading industrial and office investment company managing over 2,000,000 square feet across seventy properties. Notably, she led the repositioning of Oakland's historic Franklin Building. Westphal's dedication to real estate has been recognized with an award from The Real Estate Competition at the Graduate School of Design, Harvard Business School.
