Biography
Mike Hu is a Managing Director and US Principal, leading the Capital Markets team at Gaw Capital Partners - USA. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for capital formation, co-investments, separate account investments, investor relations, and marketing for the firm's US operations. Mr. Hu joined Gaw Capital in 2011, initially as part of the acquisitions team in Hong Kong, before relocating to the US in 2014 to expand the business. His prior experience includes Tishman Speyer's Leadership Development Program, where he gained expertise in acquisitions, debt financing, and asset management, and a role as a strategy and operations management consultant focused on real estate. He holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from London Business School.
