Hales drives the platform’s investment strategy, utilizing its unique range of student-specific investment vehicles including core, opportunistic, acquisition, value-add and public-private partnerships. Michael provides the vision and direction for CA Student Living’s growth through the creation and execution of a robust pipeline of investment and development opportunities in strategic, top-tier university markets across the United States.
