Biography

Melvin Kaplan is the Owner & CEO of Wellington Financial Group, a firm specializing in commercial real estate investments since its founding in 1960. Kaplan, an alumnus of MIT and the University of California-Berkeley where he lectured at the School of Business Administration, is known for his expertise in problem-solving and entrepreneurship. His career highlights include a long-standing focus on commercial real estate nationally. He also co-founded The Harry Singer Foundation in 1987, a nonprofit dedicated to youth development, and has served on boards for Aspire Public Schools.
