Matthew Pavlovich
Biography
Matthew Pavlovich serves as SVP - Acquisitions at Mount Auburn Capital, where he also acts as a Principal overseeing acquisitions and preferred investments. He brings over a decade of real estate investment and fundraising experience, including prior roles at Arenda Capital Management and Irinda Capital Management. Pavlovich has a proven track record, having acquired more than $1 billion in commercial real estate, which includes approximately 10,000 residential units and 265,000 square feet of commercial space. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is instrumental in Mount Auburn's strategy focusing on acquiring Class A multifamily assets and investing in ground-up developments across high-growth secondary markets.
