Matt Evans
Biography
Mr. Evans leads Evergreen’s multifamily development pursuits in the Arizona market. He has been involved in commercial and multifamily real estate finance and development for the past 23 years. Prior to joining Evergreen Devco, Inc., Mr. Evans held development positions with Trillium Residential and P.B. Bell & Associates. He has been involved in the development and finance of approximately 4,000 multifamily units, all of which are located in the Metropolitan Phoenix market. Mr. Evans received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, Arizona Multi-housing Association, and National Multifamily Housing Counsel. Mr. Evans holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker License.
