Biography
Mr. Purcell is a founding principal at ROAN and oversees development, design and construction. Martin has a 15-year history in real estate development and investment banking.

Martin started his career as Team Lead Manager at JP Morgan operating through the international division in London, Paris, Geneva, and eventually Warsaw.

Martin’s real estate portfolio of work encompasses Historic & Landmark Buildings to high-end residential towers and hotels, to flagship retail stores and iconic commercial developments for some of the top family offices. Leading over $2 billion of the most iconic and complex redevelopment teams.
