Mark Weinstein

Mark Weinstein is the Founder and President of MJW Investments, a real estate investment firm he established in 1983. Beginning his career as an attorney, Weinstein has led MJW Investments to acquire over $1 billion in diversified real estate holdings, specializing in property repositioning and revitalization. He notably spearheaded the adaptive reuse of Santee Village in Downtown Los Angeles. Weinstein has strategically grown the firm's student housing portfolio, earning MJW recognition as a top owner/manager in the sector. He is widely regarded as a thought leader in multifamily investing.
