Biography
Mark Singer is Senior Counsel at APG Asset Management US, where he advises the firm's private equity, hedge fund, real estate, and infrastructure platforms on fund investments, co-investments, and direct transactions. APG Asset Management manages assets in excess of €480 billion for Netherlands pension funds. He holds a JD/LLM in International and Comparative Law from Duke Law School and is a graduate of Middlebury College.
