Mark Isaacson
Biography
Mr. Isaacson is responsible for all financial requirements of Redwood Capital Group and all capital market activities required to capitalize investments. In addition, responsible for financial and accounting aspects of running Redwood day-to-day. Prior experience includes capitalizing over $5 billion of transactions at Alliance Holdings, and prior to that at Laramar, two regional multifamily investors. Served as EVP and CFO of both firms. A Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois), served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Holdings, L.L.C. (Alliance) from 1999 to 2004, and 2006 to 2007. From 2004 to 2006, served as Executive VP and CFO at The Laramar Group in Chicago.
