Marianne Duguay

Marianne Duguay is VP, Asset Management at Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, a position she assumed in May 2020. In this role, she is responsible for the Fonds immobilier's assets under management, its acquisition and disposal strategies, and oversees the property management team. She also chairs the ESG Advisory Committee, supporting the organization's sustainability commitment. With over 20 years of experience in real estate asset management, Ms. Duguay's expertise includes acquisition, development, repositioning, and disposal of properties across Canadian and North American markets. Prior to joining the Fonds immobilier, she held VP roles at 360 Pacifica and Delta Hotels Limited, and served as Executive Director at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Ms. Duguay holds an MBA and is a LEED AP and ICD.D certified professional.
