Luis Garza Villarreal is the Founder and Managing Principal of Vigavi, an industrial real estate investment and development firm based in Houston, Texas, which he established in 2009. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company's business, including investments, operations, and growth. Mr. Villarreal has been instrumental in establishing Vigavi as a leading industrial developer and investor in the Houston market, directing numerous business park developments, build-to-suit projects, and stabilized acquisitions. He brings a strong background in international business and corporate M&A, with over $2 billion in transactions prior to founding Vigavi. Luis is also a board member at Allegiance Bank and holds degrees from the University of Navarra in Spain and Oxford University in the UK.
