Biography

Lauren Silverman Hochfelder is a Managing Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), and Head of MSREI Americas. She previously served as Deputy CIO of MSREI from 2019 to early 2022. Joining Morgan Stanley in 2000, she has 25 years of investing experience, focusing on real estate investments in the Americas. Hochfelder graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics.
