Larissa Herczeg

Larissa Herczeg is a Managing Partner and CIO - Fund of Funds at Oak Street Real Estate Capital LLC, a division of Blue Owl Real Estate. Since joining in 2012, she has been pivotal in launching and overseeing the firm's Seeding & Strategic Capital business, which includes investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to Oak Street, Ms. Herczeg served as Director of Real Assets at Morgan Creek Capital Management, where she led global real estate investing and emerging manager programs. Her extensive background also includes roles at Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors and Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group. She earned her degrees with honors from the University of Notre Dame and Columbia University, and is a co-founder of Women in Real Estate.
