Kevin Rivest is a Managing Director - Investments and a Managing Partner, Head of U.S. Cold Storage at BentallGreenOak. He leads BGO's U.S. Cold Storage Fund and investment team, bringing over 21 years of real estate experience. Rivest has participated in over $7 billion in transactions, specializing in industrial/cold storage, development, and diverse investment strategies. He joined BentallGreenOak in 2006.
