Kevin McCarthy

Kevin P. McCarthy is a Managing Director at Columbia National Real Estate Finance, where he also manages the Baltimore office and heads the FHA Multi-Family department. He is responsible for originating debt and equity transactions across all property types. Joining ColumbiaNational in October 2016, Mr. McCarthy has been instrumental in the growth of the Baltimore office. Previously, he served as President and CEO of PNC Realty Investors, establishing and expanding the firm to manage over $5 billion in assets. With a career beginning in 1985 at Mercantile Bank, he boasts extensive experience in acquiring, developing, owning, operating, and financing over $15 billion in institutional real estate.
