Kevin Crook serves as Director - Acquisitions & Dispositions at Investors Management Group (IMG), where he has overseen $1 billion in transactions since joining in 2015. He is instrumental in executing IMG's IPA™ buying strategy, specializing in market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and commercial real estate financing. Kevin manages the complete lifecycle from acquisitions to asset management and dispositions. Prior to IMG, he was Executive Vice President of Acquisitions at REIT Capital, sourcing off-market opportunities in California and Florida. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Communications from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
