Biography
Kelly Fleming serves as the Director of Design and Construction Management at Realterm. In this role, she oversees the development of logistics and transportation centers, including a significant $150 million project at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. Her extensive career in construction and facilities management includes prior experience as a public works inspector, supervisor, and manager, as well as director of property and construction management for a school district.
