Katherine Vila

As Chief Operating Officer at Roundhouse, Katie oversees the company’s investment and operations platforms, leading all property management, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing activities. Since joining Roundhouse in June of 2016, Katie has directly overseen $450,000,000 of real estate transactions, including six new developments and ten acquisitions in California, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, and Utah.
