Kate Crosby
Biography
Kate Crosby serves as VP - Investments at The Davis Companies, where she is integral to managing the end-to-end investment process for the firm's value-add funds. Her responsibilities encompass deal sourcing, purchase and sale negotiations, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Joining Davis in 2016, Ms. Crosby previously worked as an Associate for Spear Street Capital, leading multi-million-dollar capital improvement programs and underwriting new deals. She also has experience in financial analysis and architecture. Ms. Crosby earned her MBA from Columbia, specializing in Real Estate, and a BA in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
