Kamil Alavi
Biography
Mr. Alavi is involved in transaction origination & structuring and investment management. Prior to GrayStreet, Mr. Alavi worked in Société Générale’s Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York, where he was involved in over $38 billion of completed domestic and international cross-border M&A transactions. Previously, he worked as an Analyst in Société Générale’s Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group, working on domestic and cross border M&A advisory assignments, Corporate and Project finance as well as Capital Restructuring mandates. Mr. Alavi holds an AB in Mathematics and Economics from The University of Chicago.
