K. Conly Chi
Biography
K. Conly Chi is the Co-Founder & Managing Principal of Mount Auburn Capital, a vertically integrated private real estate company managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of high-quality multifamily assets in high-growth U.S. secondary markets. He leads investments in preferred equity for ground-up multifamily developments. Previously, Mr. Chi was a real estate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he structured over $1 billion in real estate transactions and acted as a principal in the development and management of various real estate projects. Mr. Chi earned a B.A. with high distinction from the University of California, Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa), a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar in California and New York and is a licensed real estate broker.
