Biography
JP is the founder, CEO and Managing Principal of Thrive FP where he leads and oversees the firm’s growth, strategic direction, and RE transactions. JP has worked to create a company that reflects the principles and values of Conscious Capitalism. In 2019, he co-founded the nonprofit, Veritas Impact Partners, to provide health, education and financial services for the workforce housing residents living in apartments. The mission is to create connected communities and to lighten the load of these cost-burdened residents, while maintaining solid profits for investors. JP is a licensed RE Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member. JP holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, LA (UCLA).
