Josh Neill
Biography
Josh Neill is President and Chief Investment Officer at Outpost, a leading network of managed semi-truck parking and fleet yard facilities. In this role, he leverages his extensive real estate investment and development expertise to accelerate the expansion of Outpost's nationwide network and oversee the deployment of significant capital through its joint venture with GreenPoint Partners. Previously, Neill served as Managing Director at Keystone National Group, where he was a founding partner of its real estate development team. His background also includes development roles at Scannell Properties and Kiewit Corporation. Neill holds a master's degree from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering and a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
