Biography
Greenleaf was founded by Dave Codrea and Josh Friedensohn in 2008, and has since grown to include several real estate-focused business lines with a portfolio of commercial office space, multifamily communities, and single-tenant triple-net (NNN) properties throughout the Southeast. Since its inception, Greenleaf has executed through the mortgage crisis, managed recapitalization projects, and experienced the gradual resurgence of the commercial real estate market.
