Joseph Romano is the Co-Founder & Principal of Accordia Realty Ventures, a commercial real estate firm established in 2005. With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, he is instrumental in the company's business development, growth, and strategic initiatives, including marketing oversight, redevelopment projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Romano's extensive background spans site acquisition, development, marketing, leasing, planning, construction, and value enhancement. Before co-founding Accordia, he headed AdvanceRealty Group's ARG Development Corporation, overseeing significant urban redevelopment projects. His career also includes roles as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Wachovia Bank and Regional Partner for the Seltzer Organization.
