Joseph Negri
Biography
Joseph Negri is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Institutional Single-Family Residential Platform at Amherst Capital. He was instrumental in launching Amherst's single-family residential practice, contributing significantly to the acquisition of over 20,000 homes in transactions exceeding $4 billion. His expertise in real estate, asset management, and capital markets helped expand the company's portfolio to over 23,000 single-family rental homes. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Investments for its residential main street renewal business and Head of Asset Management at Main Street Renewal. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy from Villanova University.
