With over 40 years in real estate, he has been principal or advisor in billions of dollars in sophisticated real estate transactions, including structuring financing, acquisitions, development, and dispositions across diverse property types. His expertise encompasses large development projects, site acquisition, and strategic planning, creating value in undervalued properties. Korff also founded Arc Ventures in 2014, investing in early-stage startups across sectors like PropTech, FinTech, and Digital Health. He began his career as a tax lawyer and co-founded the Council of New York Law Associates.
