Global Head of Financial Markets for Unison Investment Management. Responsible for developing the market for a new asset class - Home Equity Agreements. Responsibilities include institutional investor development, capital markets structuring, institutional sales, marketing, and investment strategy for raising capital and investor commitments into our funds and structured products. The Unison Investment Strategy invests in the equity of thousands of owner-occupied residential real estate throughout the US. Home equity Agreements serve as the collateral for our funds and structured products.
